Can you Think Creatively Inside the Box?
The Loveland Public Library seeks artworks to display in four quarterly exhibits each year. The Galleria program will introduce artists to our community, add to their juried exhibition credits, display their work to advantage, and provide them with the opportunity for sales.
A $100 cash prize for Best Exhibited Work will be awarded at the end of the year.

The Art Selection Committee of the Loveland Public Library seeks to select artists or artist teams from Colorado in order to schedule upcoming exhibits for the Galleria. The Galleria displays will introduce artists to our community and provide them with valuable exposure and sales opportunities. The Galleria display area at the Loveland Public Library reflects Loveland’s reputation as an art community. Loveland is home to many outstanding artists, host to two of the largest outdoor sculpture exhibitions in North America, and was the first Colorado city to pass an Art in Public Places Ordinance. The design of the Library incorporates five (5) display cases within pillars along the expansive Galleria. The pillars are wood with a built-in display area encased on three sides by glass. The inside dimensions of the display cases are 69” H x 21” W x 19” D. Artwork must work within the limits of the display case. Selected artwork will be on display for three-month periods. The time slots to be scheduled are January 1 through March 31, April 1 through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31.
