Black History Film Series - Selma

Selma
Tuesday, February 5, 2019 - 6:30pm to 9:00pm

Join us for a series of 4 films that look at the history of African Americans in America. Our first film is Selma. A discussion with Dr. George Stevens about his experience in the civil rights movement will accompany the film. The film chronicles Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s campaign to secure equal voting rights via an epic march from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama, in 1965.
