The group meets in the Library's Erion Room on the first Tuesday of each month at 9 AM and 6:30 PM and on the following Wednesday at 9 A.M.

Join the Library's tatting group to learn the lost art of tatting. Tatting is a technique for handcrafting a particularly durable lace constructed by a series of knots and loops, also know as "pearling" and "wrap weaving".
Tatting can be used to make lace edging as well as doilies, collars, necklaces, bracelets, and other decorative pieces.

Preschool storytimes are full of stories, fingerplays, music, games and a craft activity to make and take home. Preschoolers are able to sit longer for stories and are mastering the craft activities to help get ready for school.

For ages from Birth to 3 and their caregivers. Family members and siblings are also welcome. We cater to the youngest child with Lapsit activities, fingerplays, songs, and of course, books! Repetition is important at this age, so some of the songs and fingerplays we do are the same each week, to give the babies some familiarity with our activities.

We meet on the first and third Thursday of each month at 10:00am and again at 11:00am for singing, dancing, and learning about music. We meet in the Community Room at the Outlet Mall, 5609 McWhinney Blvd (next to The Studio). Look for the sign.

This is a free hour of fun for both parents and children with a place to hang out and play. Once in awhile, we invite a special guest speaker in to share a Child Development topic.
