Join the Library's tatting group to learn the lost art of tatting. Tatting is a technique for handcrafting a particularly durable lace constructed by a series of knots and loops, also know as "pearling" and "wrap weaving".
Tatting can be used to make lace edging as well as doilies, collars, necklaces, bracelets, and other decorative pieces.

We are now offering a family storytime on alternating Thursdays, so there will be something fun for the kids every Thursday! We meet in the Community Room at the Outlet Mall, 5609 McWhinney Blvd (next to The Studio). Look for the sign.

Guest presenters include Patricia Miller with Alianza Norco; Sonia Marquez with Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition; and Samuel Ronquillo, Immigration Lawyer. Information from the Loveland Public Library and the American Library Association will be available.

The Loveland Public Library is offering free citizenship classes.
These classes are designed to prepare the participants to take the citizenship and naturalization test offered by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. These classes are taught in English. They are open to anybody who would like to prepare for the tests.
