To reserve, call (970) 962-2749 or email heather.randolph@cityofloveland.org. Users must fill out an application and rental agreement.

If interested in reserving one of the large meeting rooms, please familiarize yourself with the agreements and documentation below. Users must have a Library card to check out and utilize any equipment in the rooms. You must check out the AV kit from the second floor technology desk.
