Career Online High School (COHS) is an online high school diploma and career certification program. The Loveland Public Library provides a limited number of scholarships to qualified adult learners who are looking to expand their career opportunities, prepare for workforce entry, and continue their education.

Residents of Loveland who have completed eighth grade and are 19 years old or older are eligible to apply. Minors should pursue their high school education through existing high school programs. Program applicants must have a public library card in good standing or be willing to apply for a library card. Program applicants who have already received a standard high school diploma, or a high school equivalency diploma, are not eligible for this program.
